Regulatory professionals secure necessary permits, ensure every phase of construction complies with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations, and manage approvals from local authorities. Together, they safeguard the company’s reputation, ensure project delivery is legally compliant, and minimize risks of rework, fines, or delays.
Salary range £45,000 to £55,000
Construction project and Contract Manager
This role is the commercial and administrative leader of the
project, responsible for its financial and legal success. The
Appointee will manage the budget, schedule, and client
relationship, while also handling all contracts, ensuring
compliance, and mitigating financial risk. Appointee’s goal is to
deliver the project profitably and in accordance with all agreed
terms.
Salary Range: £42,000 – £46,000 per year
